Wake with Lumi ("the app") is designed to work entirely on your device. This policy explains, plainly, what that means.
Nothing. Wake with Lumi does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. There are no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking SDKs of any kind in this app.
The app uses your device's camera to let you take a photo confirming you've completed a morning mission (leaving your bed, finding sunlight, or having a drink of water). These photos are analyzed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in Vision framework — they are never uploaded, transmitted over the network, or saved to your photo library. Once a mission is verified, the photo is discarded.
The app reads live step-count data from your device's motion sensors (via Apple's Core Motion framework) only while you're completing the "Walk 20 Steps" mission, to show your progress in real time. This data is not stored beyond that session and is never transmitted anywhere.
The app uses Apple's AlarmKit framework to schedule your wake-up alarm. This is handled entirely by iOS on your device.
The only information Wake with Lumi stores is kept locally on your device: your alarm time and your history of completed morning escapes (used to show your streak and past times). This data never leaves your device, is not backed up to any server we operate, and is deleted if you delete the app.
Wake with Lumi does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that does collect data — we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
