Email SupportMy alarm didn't ring / rang at the wrong time.
Make sure notifications and alarm permissions are enabled for Wake with Lumi in your device's Settings app, and that the app isn't in Low Power Mode restrictions. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and iOS version.
A mission photo won't pass verification.
Each mission checks for a specific kind of photo — for example, a clear view of daylight for "Find Sunlight," or a cup or bottle for "Drink Water." Try moving to better lighting or getting the object more clearly in frame. You can retry as many times as you need with no penalty.
Why does the app need camera and motion access?
Camera access lets you take the in-app mission photos (verified entirely on your device, never uploaded). Motion access is used only to count your steps for the "Walk 20 Steps" mission. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I set more than one alarm?
Not at the moment—and that’s intentional. Lumi is here to help you build a healthier morning habit, not a snooze habit. One alarm, one wake-up, one fresh start.
